These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 777fv platform ("Platform" or "Site"), operated by 777fv ("we", "us" or "777fv"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform.

777fv reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page regularly.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with 777fv, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name; using an account on behalf of others or for the benefit of third parties is prohibited.
• It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in your area regarding online gambling.

2.2 Identity Verification

777fv reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit identification documents, proof of address, or documents verifying your payment method. Withdrawal facilities may be suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify the 777fv support team immediately.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in your own name.
• Transactions using third-party accounts or another person's payment method are prohibited.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, 777fv reserves the right to cancel transactions and suspend the account.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal (see Section 4 for details).
• Refundable deposits will only be returned to verified accounts.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

777fv offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

The bonus will not exceed ৳15,000 under any circumstances, regardless of the deposit amount.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each player will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable as cash; withdrawal is available only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found (such as multiple accounts, collusion, or bonus arbitrage), 777fv reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• 777fv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• In the event of a bonus-related dispute, the decision of 777fv will be considered final.

777fv is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or coordinating with another person's account to gain any advantage.
• Using bots, automation tools, or any kind of software to operate games.
• Fraudulently claiming bonus or promotional benefits (including bonus arbitrage).
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in collaboration with a minor.

777fv's VIP program has five tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits may vary based on individual circumstances and activity. 777fv reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. If irregularities or prohibited activities are proven on a member's account, VIP benefits may be revoked.

777fv believes that gambling should be an entertainment activity. We are committed to protecting our players and give responsible gaming the highest priority.

• Do not wager money beyond your means.
• Do not gamble with the intention of recovering other financial losses.
• Gambling can be addictive — please keep this in mind.
• If needed, contact us to request a temporary break or self-exclusion on your account.

All content on the 777fv platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases, and compilations — is the exclusive property of 777fv and is protected under applicable law.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing any content from the platform without our prior written permission is prohibited.
• The brand name "777fv" may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Scraping or crawling any part of the platform is unauthorized.

777fv strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service. However, 777fv will not be liable in the following situations:

• If service is disrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
• Due to delays or failures of third-party payment gateways beyond your control.
• If service is interrupted by unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government decisions, or force majeure events).
• If unauthorized access to your account occurs due to insecure management of your own information.
• In the event of financial loss from gaming — the outcome of play is entirely at your own risk.

Under any circumstances, the total liability of 777fv will not exceed the original amount of the transaction in dispute.

• We may be required to disclose information where necessary due to legal or regulatory obligations.

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, please withdraw any remaining balance if applicable wagering requirements have been met.

11.2 Termination by 777fv

777fv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity involving fraud, deception, or irregularity.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process.

In the event of account closure, 777fv will use its discretion regarding the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses, where applicable).

If you have any dispute or complaint, please first notify the 777fv customer support team. We will make every effort to resolve your issue fairly.

For dispute resolution, all logs, transaction records, and gaming history stored in 777fv's system will be considered the final evidence.
